1. There is no cost to the candidate . Our services are billed to the physician practice at discounted Harris County Medical Society (HCMS) member rates. 2. We only process searches for permanent employees. Medserv does not handle temporary searches. 3. Your Medserv representative will guide you through the entire process . We go to great lengths to understand our clients' needs and provide candidates the details about the practice/position. We even assist you with addressing those hard to answer topics like discussing your salary requirements. 4. We don't run a credit check. We do verify employment, conduct reference investigations, search for felony records, and verify degrees/licenses. 5. Medserv will only accept screening assignments for competitively paying positions . We won't exert efforts to job openings that are not viable. 6. Most of our positions are not listed through any other source besides Medserv. We have a strong employer base that trusts and believes in our process for locating qualified employees. 7. Our job selections vary from administrative to clinical positions. In addition our jobs are indexed on our website by location so that candidates can find employment opportunities in the area they wish to work in. Positions are in doctors' offices and have regular daytime work schedules. 8. We provide constructive feedback on all interviews we process to help you with perfecting your interview techniques. 9. We welcome candidate communication and follow up. Most services and HR departments discourage telephone communication and follow up. We post our phone number in all advertisements and encourage your call. 10. We have no trick questions on our tests. In fact, we allow calculators and even review our test questions for simple and straightforward instructions and questions. |
