Candidates may not refer themselves. Gift card will be from nationally recognized retailer and valid for purchase of merchandise, fuel, or groceries. *Legislation in the State of Texas prohibits Medserv from offering placement services to candidates placed and employed with a Medserv customer. For more information, please see Texas Personnel Employment Services Act, Article 5221a-7. Due to Medserv's affiliation with Harris County Medical Society, our physician board of directors mandates this policy be extended to the employees of practices engaged in business with Medserv.
